Notes on Reports:
Just a couple of things after our busy saturday. Sara and I were realizing that we really need to be able to see our notes that we enter for transactions on the reports. If a customer is wanting a printout and sees transactions that are questionable, we need to be able to explain why a transaction occured...and it helps us remember what happened. In general, the reports are just a little confusing...the jumprun reports just seemed very streamlined and clear. It could be just getting used to something new though.
Adding Video:
We had an instance yesterday where 4 tandems added video at the last minute and they were on such a short call, we had to charge them afterwards. The add tandem video button was not an option, so I assume that is coming. This does happen sometimes where there is just not time to charge them before...and also we do video specs at times where the student would pay after the jump.
On that same video note, it would be super helpful to have a video check box in the manifest overview screen right next to the students names so we don't have to switch screens to see who has video.
Spelling Error:
On the transaction screen when you want to "override price", it says "overrice price"
Manifesting Tandems:
If we could think about highlighting the tandem instructors names on the loads on the manifest overview. When manifesting on paper, we look at the prior load to see who was on it...and I know that they are highlighted on the side as to who is available, but it just seems easier and more efficient to be able to show departed loads and get a quick, highlighted view of the instructors who were on the prior load.
Other than that, I think it went really well this weekend. As we have spoken before, speed is of essence and I know you are working on making it move as fast fast as possible. I LOVE the manifest monitor and have made Christa put the link on her iphone for loading purposes...as well as I have posted a link to the home page. This will avoid much confusion at the loading area!! It's a great product and I am looking forward to a using and improving on it this year.
