I used the transact cancel function. I see that the customer was removed from the tandem reservation page, does this also send the funds back to the credit card account which paid the deposit?
Answer: No! It does not!
There are two steps to a 'refund'. Cancelling the product takes funds away from the product and puts them back into the customer's account. They now effectively have "store credit" for other purchases. To return money back to them you would also add a "Cash Out" in the form of a credit card refund.
