Fixed vrd_UserProductDetail to display Shuttle bus DisplayName instead of description for ShuttleDisplay column. This effects a variety of areas but the primary concern was the value listed in the Tandem Reservations form.
Fixed Customer Detail form: Phone Type drop downs and gender drop downs no longer allow free text entry but instead must be used to select a particular value. Previously typing an invalid entry instead of selecting resulted in an error.
Added a search filter to the Shuttle Bus selection form.
Made Shuttle Bus selection form sizable.
Added “Select All” and “Select None” buttons to Shuttle Bus Stop Edit form.
We are now coloring the shuttle bus column in the tandem reservations form as green.
