You may receive the following Error. This was experienced at Skydive Chicago on the Manifest Monitor website, however it's possible that you receive it in RealDropzone as well:

There is already an open DataReader associated with this Command which must be closed first.

The cause for this error is described in the following forum post:

The fix is to include the string "MultipleActiveResultSets=True" in your connection string.

If you experience this error please notify us and we will resolve the issue promptly. This will be considered a bug and so time required to fix it will not be reduced from your annual support hours.
